Distinguished District 38 Fall 2006 Conference Proxy

Presidents and Vice Presidents of Education: Please bring this proxy to the District Fall Conference or send it with an attending club member. The proxy MUST be carried by an attending club member for your club to be represented.

Area Governors, Division Governors, District Officers: Please spread the word.

Proxies must be presented at the Credentials Desk of the District 38 Fall Conference Nov 10 & 11 at which time, ballots will be issued. The Club President and the Club Vice President of Education are EACH entitled to one (1) vote.

Note:  In the event that one of these offices does not attend, and has not designated a proxy, the officer or proxy holder in attendance is deemed to hold the proxy of the other, and may therefore cast two votes at the meeting.  This assures that every club has two votes.
