MESSAGE FROM OUR DISTRICT GOVERNOR

Dear Executive Committee and Staff:

Greetings Fellow Toastmasters & Welcome to the District 38 Website:

I am excited to serve as the District Governor for District 38. This year the District Direction is focused on YOU the member. You may have heard a lot about Distinguished Club, Area or Division Programs over the years - and probably still will. However, we are attempting to change the emphasis. Beginning with the theme for the 2007-08 Toastmaster year of "It's the Member not the Number! Click here to read the Member's Bill of Rights. We have put together a dedicated team to help our clubs and members achieve their goals.

If you are new to Toastmasters, please take the time to review our website and Toastmasters International's Website. There is a wealth of information on both sites.
