Hello Presidents,

By now, you should have received a large blue envelope in the mail from Toastmasters International.  You probably thought it was a certificate for another job well done.  Although we truly believe you have all done a fantastic job, the envelope actually held the proxy/credential certificates for the 2008 Regional Conference, which takes place in Washington DC, and the 2008 International Business Meeting, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  If you are not planning to attend either of these conferences, we need you to complete the proxies and return them to Chris Rio (addressee on the back of proxy).

To take the reading and guess work out of the process, please do the following:

1)      Sign each certificate (President or Secretary) where it indicates in Section 1.

2)      Check c. in Section 2.

3)      Cut the certificates and mail them to Chris so that your club will have a vote cast at each meeting.

That was easy – right?  Let’s show Toastmasters Int’l that District 38 has 100% participation in the voting process.
