If Your Clubs are finding it Difficult to get Members to Enter Speech Contests ...
A letter from Past Toastmaster International President Dr Dilip Abayasekara and a member of District 38.

I was reminded this morning that some clubs are finding it difficult to get their members to step forward to compete in speech contests. That prompted me to dig out an article. I wrote many years ago about the benefits one receives from competing in speech contests. In the hope that you may find it to be a useful tool to help clubs encourage members to gain these benefits, I'm sending it to strategically positioned Toastmaster friends in region VII (and one in region VI and one DNAR district). Please use the article as you see fit to help our clubs get more members to grasp the competition opportunity.

The Contest Forms have been removed from our website at the request of Toastmaster International.
