District Council Meeting

The District holds Business Meetings twice a Year at District Conferences.

Voting Delegates include the President and Vice President of Education each District Club and District Leaders. If the Club Leaders are not present at the meeting they can have another member of their club carry their proxy and vote in place of them.

Dissolve Area C30 and move remaining clubs, Big Blue #6120 and Positively Charged #798761, to Area C21

Move Phly Phorum from Area B26 to Area C21.
