Leader Excellence Series

The Leadership Excellence Series helps members learn the skills they will need to be successful leaders inside and outside of Toastmasters.  There are 11 packets to choose from:

  • The Visionary Leader (Cat No. 311)
    Discusses how leaders create and communicate a vision for their organization to help it be successful.  Includes a script and a PowerPoint presentation.
  • Developing a Mission (Cat No. 312)
    Addresses how successful leaders create and communicate a mission for their organization. Includes a script and a PowerPoint presentation.
  • Values and Leadership(Cat No. 313)
    Examines values and how to employ them as you lead a team toward achieving a goal. Includes a script and a PowerPoint presentation.

  • Goal Setting and Leadership (Cat No. 314)
    Reviews the processes leaders use to set goals and develop plans to achieve these goals. Includes a script and a PowerPoint presentation.

  • Delegate to Empower (Cat No. 315)
    This module discusses how to effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities. Includes a script and a PowerPoint presentation.

  • Building a Team (Cat No. 316)
    This module reviews how to create and lead a team.  Includes a script and a PowerPoint presentation.

  • Giving Effective Feedback (Cat No. 317)
    This module provides suggestions for offering feedback to others on their performance.  Includes a script and a PowerPoint presentation.

  • The Leader as a Coach (Cat No. 318)
    This module discusses how to work with a team to help them improve. Includes a script and a PowerPoint presentation.

  • Motivating People (Cat No. 319)
    This modules examines how to be sensitive to your team members' needs and create an environment that will motivate them. Includes a script and a PowerPoint presentation.

  • Service and Leadership (Cat No. 320)
    This module provides the overall concepts of the service leadership philosophy.  Includes a script and a PowerPoint presentation.

  • Resolving Conflict (Cat No. 321)
    This module provides concepts that will help the presenter and the participants learn conflict resolution skills.  Includes a script and a PowerPoint presentation.
