New Member Orientation
(Calling All New Toastmasters!)

Sunday, April 28 - 6:00pm-7:00pm

Learn how to maximize your Toastmasters International membership. Topics will include Toastmasters International’s organizational structure, educational program, and meeting roles. Tips will be provided to help you get the most out of your Toastmasters experience.

All new members of Toastmasters are encouraged to attend. Club VPs Membership and VPs Education who would like tips on running their own club’s member orientations are also invited to attend.

The Ins and Outs of Starting a NEW Club
(aka BE A SPONSOR)

Monday, April 29 –6:30pm-7:30 PM

Just as Club Success depends on member retention and growth, District Success depends on club retention and growth.

Being a Club Sponsor is rewarding, delightful, exciting, insightful, and fun. This session will break down the process for guiding a new club toward obtaining a Toastmasters charter!

Need to check a box on the DTM application? Need a project for your Path? Just need to fill some time by doing good deeds? This session is for you!

Club Incentive Awards

Level-Up Challenge
Members and clubs will be recognized by District 38 when completing Pathways Levels.
Open House
Clubs can earn 50 District Dollars for holding an Open House when the event is promoted and photos submitted to District 38.
100% Pathways Enrollment
Clubs will be entered into a District 38 raffle when 100% of paid members are Pathways enrolled as of specified dates.
Beat the Clock!
Add new, dual, or reinstated members between May 1 & June 30 to earn a ribbon for the club banner, and TI store discount.
