Open House Incentive

Clubs can be reimbursed up to $50 per open house event, with a maximum of $100 per Toastmasters Year.

Each club may request reimbursement for up to a maximum of $100 per Toastmasters Year.

  • A maximum of $50 will be reimbursed on any one Open House meeting
  • Reimbursement can be made for:
    • Advertisement
    • Refreshments
    • Meeting space
  • Concur submissions must include:
    • Receipts for Open House expenses
    • Open House agenda
    • List of non-member attendees
